Rob Norman

Rob Norman serves as regional president of Coldwell Banker Realty’s eastern region, overseeing approximately 75 offices and more than 6,800 real estate agents throughout New Jersey, Westchester and Rockland counties in New York, Central Pennsylvania, Greater Philadelphia and Delaware.

As regional president, Norman maintains a dual focus on business growth and bolstering connectivity between office and field operations. In addition to supporting Coldwell Banker Realty’s big-picture business strategy, Norman is dedicated to constantly improving the agent experience, thereby growing recruiting and retention. As the real estate market changes and presents new challenges, Norman’s nimble leadership is helping company management and affiliated agents to stay ahead of the competition and maximize opportunities. Norman is aligned with the overall Coldwell Banker Realty vision of moving faster and simplifying operations in order to deliver the greatest value to agents and consumers alike.

Prior to being named East regional president, Norman served as president of Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York from 2020-2023. Under Norman’s oversight, Coldwell Banker Realty was the No. 1 real estate brokerage in New Jersey for 2022 based on closed sales volume and total number of closed units, per MLS. During his three years as president, Norman guided the company’s growth from approximately 3,000 to nearly 5,000 real estate agents.  Norman was previously an award-winning branch office manager and a successful regional vice president for Coldwell Banker Realty, having joined the company in 2002.

Coldwell Banker Realty’s eastern region closed an impressive 2022 with more than $16.5 billion in sales volume and 32,662 transaction sides. Coldwell Banker Realty is part of the greater Coldwell Banker network, with a 117-year legacy and more than 100,000 real estate agents spanning 40 countries. In 2022, Coldwell Banker achieved $295 billion in sales volume and 608,728 transaction sides worldwide. 

Norman is a multi-time recipient of the Coldwell Banker President’s Council for Managers Award, an annual company honor recognizing the top-performing branch managers nationwide who demonstrate exemplary leadership and management skills. A Denville, New Jersey, resident, Norman earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from Susquehanna University. He is a member of the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Norman has been recognized by the New Jersey Senate and U.S. Senate for his support of diversity in business.
