As regional president of Coldwell Banker Realty, Joe King oversees 6,557 agents in 62 sales offices across Minnesota, Ohio, Pittsburgh and St. Louis. Combined, these offices brought in a total sales volume of $18 billion with 50,323 transactions in 2022. Joe is a seasoned real estate veteran, and his enthusiastic and dedicated leadership approach is a cornerstone for his organization’s continued growth and success.
Prior to becoming regional president, Joe served as president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Ohio since 2005. In this role, he oversaw the operations of 18 offices and more than 2,000 independent sales associates throughout Central Ohio, Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. In 2022, he expanded his role to become president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Pittsburgh providing leadership to an additional 11 offices and more than 1,100 independent sales associates throughout the greater Pittsburgh area.
Prior to being named president, Joe served as regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Gundaker in St. Louis. He has also earned several prestigious recognitions, including being named to the 2019 Swanepoel Power 200 as one of the most powerful leaders in residential real estate.
Joe began his real estate career in 1993 as an associate with Gundaker Realtors® where he consistently ranked in the top 1% of company sales. In 1999, he was named branch manager for the company's new office in a developing area. Gundaker Realtors® was acquired in 2001 by NRT, where Joe was appointed manager of one of the largest offices in the newly formed Coldwell Banker Gundaker company.
