As regional president of the West for Coldwell Banker Realty, Jennifer Lind oversees 11,197 agents across 133 sales offices in California, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington state. Combined, these offices brought in a total sales volume of more than $52 billion with 43,217 transactions in 2022.

 

Previously, Lind was named president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Northern California in 2020, one of the region’s leading residential real estate companies. In that role, she led the daily operations while driving record-breaking growth and retention of more than 50 sales offices and independent agents from Carmel to Tahoe, including San Francisco, Silicon Valley, North Bay and Sacramento. Her innovative leadership approach drives success through a collaborative company culture that results in making an impact. 

 

Prior to serving as president for Coldwell Banker, Lind started her real estate career as an agent in 2003 and quickly found her passion for leadership. She ran and owned her own franchise for 6 years then transitioned into senior leadership roles for top real estate firms within the greater Seattle area and throughout Washington state.  

 

Lind was senior vice president of Windermere Real Estate, where she oversaw franchise operations and growth strategies for the Western Washington region for 70 franchise owners with a total of 120 offices and 3,400 sales agents.

 

She also served as vice president of business strategy for the real estate company, John L. Scott headquartered in Bellevue, Washington with 110 offices and 3,000 agents throughout the Pacific Northwest. In this position, she directly led a region of office leaders while being responsible for strategic growth, program implementation, marketing and luxury initiatives companywide. Her previous experience as a real estate agent, manager, and franchise owner has created true passion for the business and an approach centered around relationships.

In 2023, Lind was named one of HousingWire’s Women of Influence, an honor bestowed annually to individuals who are making notable contributions to the mortgage banking and real estate industries.
